Arkansas really lived up to its Natural State name for Lakin and Ryan’s fall Petit Jean engagement session! The fall colors were perfect, and Petit Jean State Park did not disappoint! We started the first half of their session on a short trail at Petit Jean, and even their adorable pup, Benni, came along! For their second half, Lakin changed into a stunning emerald ball gown… just wait until you see their mountain top portraits!

Lakin and Ryan lived in Arizona at the time they had called me about photographing their wedding at Legacy Acres. They were about to be moving to Mississippi where Ryan would be starting flight training in the Air Force. On their way, I had the pleasure of meeting them at my favorite hole in the wall Mexican place. They told the story of how Ryan proposed in the most romantic city in the world – PARIS! On a snowy (and freezing) evening, at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Could it be anymore perfect?!?
