I was blessed to be at Marli and Kevin’s wedding on THE most requested date of the year – 10-10-20! It was a beautiful day to get married at Sassafras Springs Vineyard in Springdale, AR. The weather couldn’t have been better with abundant sun and warm temperatures! One thing I noticed instantly about Marli and Kevin was how laid back they both are. Nothing seemed to bother them on their big day, and I don’t think I have seen a couple smile more on their wedding than these two. They were so much fun, and I especially had a blast photographing their wedding party! Everyone was in such good spirits!

My favorite part of the day was Marli and Kevin’s first look. Kevin’s face when he saw Marli was priceless! They also wrote their own vows and read them to each other at their first look. We took a few minutes to take some bride and groom portraits before their wedding party joined them for photos. After the ceremony, we finished with some sunset husband and wife portraits in the vineyard. I asked Marli if she was up for going barefoot and running in the vineyard for the last few minutes of pictures. She was totally game and I loved the photos we got of them holding hands and running through the vines!

I can’t end their blog post with mentioning the star of the day – Maggie! Maggie was probably the most lovable wedding guest. This sweet pup walked down the aisle right before Marli came down and then stayed for the party afterwards! She graciously accepted pats and hugs from everyone all night.
