Savanna and Joseph’s Pawhuska OK wedding was at the famous Pioneer Woman Event Center, right next to the Mercantile! It was absolutely magical with the twinkling Christmas lights strung everywhere! The year 2020 has thrown all of us for a loop, but especially for Savanna and Joe! They had originally planned to have a big southern wedding, but COVID derailed their plans several times.

The morning of their wedding, the skies were dark and rain poured for hours. This caused them to have to change their plans once again. Instead of their outdoor ceremony, they were now having to move everything indoors. By the grace of God, we were still able to have 20 minutes free of rain for their first look and portrait time! At the end of their portraits, it started to rain so we pulled out the umbrella and took a few more to document their rainy day. Despite all the obstacles and lack of sunshine, Savanna and Joe were in good spirits the whole day! I have never met such a more positive person than Savanna. It was truly an honor to be the one to capture their sweet wedding day.
